Who am I?
My name is Captain William (Billy) Clabough, a licensed and insured fishing guide in East Tennessee. As a Knoxville Tennessee native, I’ve had the privilege of growing up surrounded by beautiful lakes, rivers, and creeks. As a young child, my parents would take me on fishing trips all over. Without a doubt, I quickly became hooked on the thrill of the catch. Since then, I’ve spent countless hours exploring the many waterways in East Tennessee, and I’ve become an avid fisherman and guide. Tennessee Master Angler
There’s nothing quite like the feeling of casting a line, waiting patiently, and feeling that tug on the other end! I enjoy catching all types of fish, from small sunfish to large catfish. However, I have a passion for chasing trophy fish! As a result, I have achieved the status of Master Angler level 2 in the Tennessee Angler Recognition program. This program recognizes anglers who have caught a certain number of trophy fish in various categories.
In addition to these impressive catches, I have also successfully caught a Sturgeon, which is a more rare fish. Additionally, I received a certificate for this achievement and it is a great addition to my collection of fishing accomplishments. Undoubtedly, this was my most favorite fish to catch!
